More customers. One person who owns the number.
Word of mouth works until it caps out. Past that, most businesses buy leads in pieces: a list from one vendor, emails from another, ads from a third, and no way to say what any dollar actually did. I build lead generation as one system. It finds the businesses that fit your buyer, reaches them on the channel that fits, and lands every reply in a CRM with its source attached.
01 · The machine, stage by stage
- Find. A harvester builds the list: every business that fits your buyer profile, pulled from public data, deduped and verified before anyone reaches out.
- Reach. The channel is a part, chosen to fit: a cold-email fleet on domains you own, warmed and deliverability-tested before the first real send. Meta ads when your buyer scrolls instead of reads. Or a clean call list for your own phone.
- Convert. A page built around the single action you want a visitor to take, and built to make them take it. You own it outright.
- Land. Every reply and every lead drops into the CRM with its source attached. This much spent, this much came back.
02 · Running now
I run this machine on my own business first.
- The harvester and the CRM run my own outreach: the list it builds is the list I work.
- A cold-email fleet is live for a client right now: nine inboxes on domains they own, warming on schedule, with a seed test gating the first real send.
- Meta ads, run end to end for a home-services business: I built the site, ran the ads, and traced every lead back to the dollar that bought it.
That's the proof I can stand behind. Your market is its own test, and I'd run it before I put a number on it.
03 · How it goes
- Scoped to the stages you need. Some businesses need the whole machine; some just need the list, or the page, or the sends. Priced per project, and you see the number and the deliverable before a dollar moves.
- Built, then run. The system ships first: list, page, fleet, tracking. Then a flat monthly fee to run and tighten it, quoted to the scope.
- Your money stays yours. Ad spend goes straight to Meta. Sending runs on domains you own. The CRM data is yours. Nothing routes through me.

Tell me what you sell and who buys it. I'll tell you straight whether this fits, and which stages would move it.
